- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible service all around. Incompetent and unfriendly staff at every branch I've visited. Also, the website uptime average is at about 50%, only functions properly about half the time, and their debit system goes offline quite often which causes your debit card to be declined when attempting to use it at a merchant. They refuse to address any of these issues, so my main savings and account holdings are all at another bank now. At the moment, I only use them for bill payments; however, I'll be closing out all of my accounts soon because of the ongoing issues at this institution.October 29, 2017by Jahon Louie
