  Dr. Norton is very rude, and to be honest, condescending. The moment she walked in to the room there was just a bad energy about her. I don't know if she was stressed or what, but for the amount people are paying to get their animals seen I expect professionalism. The only saving grace about the entire vet visit was probably the kindness shown by the vet tech. Young lady, clearly you are in the right kind of work and perhaps you can give your Superior a few pointers! ;) The vet also tried to push us to purchase oral flea medication several times after we'd already made it clear our dog has problems stomaching the Nextguard brand they sell. When the vet tech came back in with an itemized list of medications for our dog I AGAIN had to tell them we were NOT interested in purchasing the flea meds. Really annoying when your dog's doctor doesn't listen to a word you say. Also, the front staff too are unprofessional making personal phone calls on the clock. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for a new vet.

  Everyone here is awesome! They really make you feel like family and actually remeber your pets. My favorite tech is Felicia, she was great and all my dogs loved her too.
