  Zero stars for Trammell. I'm very disappointed at the lack of consideration given to my son who was a patient of Trammel's through Phase One and Phase Two of orthodontics as a child. At 24, my son went back to Trammell for Invisalign treatment. The total was $5,650. At the time of signing contract, it was known he was moving out of state; we were told that "we'd work it out" as far as where we were in treatment vs. payments. The first appointment was done, and due to complications with imprint, he did not get any trays until two months later. At the time of contract, the person who is no longer there, advised us we'd have down deposit and two payments before my son left state, to continue ortho in new state. However, Trammell felt that a third payment $385.22 was due before he'd transfer file to new ortho. So, my son paid $2568 for four weeks of trays, and now has to start new with new ortho for another $4000. It seem the customer service in this office left with the employee who is no longer there. Very disappointing. I've referred many clients to Trammell. Never again.
