- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For more than 25 years, Dr. Donald Dexter has provided outstanding dental care to me and my family, and my son and his family also continue as patients under Dr. Dexter's care. My own experience has been exceptional. Dr. Dexter has provided exceptional routine preventative care and prophylaxis, with an excellent staff of dental hygienists and techs ensuring that one's teeth are fully examined and carefully cleaned. Dr.Dexter has also provided outstanding prosthodontic treatment to address tooth loss and compromise arising from poor care in childhood. His skills in designing superior replacements for tooth loss bring me to his office for updates and occasional routine repairs over many years. There is in my opinion no one better able to craft effective and aesthetically pleasing dental devices. Dr. Dexter is a caring and sensitive dentist. He ensures that the patient is comfortable before and during procedures, and he explains in detail the steps to be taken during examination and dental procedures.
